ALCH୭MYSTIC is more than just an ecstatic dance group. It is a living, breathing invocation of transformation through movement, created by Nick Mueller and Kelly Flowers. Seasoned dancers and longtime participants in the ecstatic dance scenes of Hendersonville and Asheville, Nick and Kelly have both walked deep paths of embodiment, rhythm, and inner alchemy.
Their vision for ALCH୭MYSTIC emerged organically - a coalescence of years spent in sacred movement spaces, where dance becomes medicine and motion becomes prayer. In these gatherings, boundaries dissolve, the self is shed, and something ancient stirs.
ALCH୭MYSTIC is not just a dance. It's a portal, a container for mystical transformation, where healing, connection, and liberation flow through the body like currents of light. Every dance is a ritual, every beat a catalyst, every gathering a circle of awakening.

Nick Mueller
For as long as he can remember, music was a pillar in Nick's life. Nick would spend hours listening to a myriad of diverse music, feeling the emotions the tones and rhythms would invoke. He discovered ecstatic dance in 2022 and the free-form movement coupled with the healing power of music awakened something inside of him. The thought of facilitating his own dance swirled in his mind for some time before teaming up with Kelly to collaborate in this expansive healing modality. Nick holds this cathartic practice close to his heart and he invites you to lose yourself to dance.
Kelly Flowers
Kelly has been immersed in the healing arts for over a decade. As a musician of more than 20 years, she has experienced profound transformation through the alchemy of sound. A yoga teacher, sound bath practitioner, and Reiki practitioner, Kelly weaves together sacred spaces where deep healing can unfold; through mindful movement, intentional stillness, and the unification of mind, body, and spirit. A former classical dancer turned ecstatic, she now dances and intertwines deeply with the magic and of this beautiful healing path.
