What style of yoga do you teach?

Flow (Vinyasa) - a breath-led movement class

Yin - a slow paced practice where we pause in our different shapes - tapping into our subtle energy body

Breathwork - various pranayama practices allow us to release and to renew ourselves

Yoga Nidra - also know as "yogic sleep" we move through a deep guided meditation using various imagery to promote deep relaxation

Restorative (no active classes as of 6/2025) - a deeply relaxing practice using various props to provide comfort and deep restoration

Do you offer private events? What are your rates?

I absolutely love to host and lead private events. We have a few ways we can do this. You can either book through Yoga and Massage, The Horse Shoe Farm, or through me directly. Below are my rates if you book with me directly.

Private Yoga Session

$50 minimum up to 5 students. $10 per additional student

Mat Rentals - $5/student 

 

Private Sound Bath

1 hour sound bath - $100

1.5 hour sound bath - $150

Within 10 miles of downtown Hendersonville - no travel fee

Greater than 10 miles - travel fee dependent on distance

I would love to collaborate with you! How can we begin?

I am always open to hearing and considering collaborations! We have so many wonderful and talented facilitators in the area. With as full of a schedule as I have at the current time, I can't guarantee I will be able to participate.

I respond to messages as soon as I am able, but please allow me 48 business hours to reply. If I am going to be out of pocket for a while, I will update my socials to reflect that.
