Reiki is a deeply relaxing and restorative energy healing practice that works by channeling universal life force energy to support your body’s natural ability to heal. During your session, I’ll use light touch or hover my hands just above your body to help clear energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore balance on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.​
