Here are the current offerings for your soul’s movement journey! I am honored to guide you at Yoga and Massage, Wellness and Movement, and Horse Shoe Farm.

Studios at YAM open ten minutes before class begins. Please honor the stillness of the space and keep conversations quiet in the hallway, as massages are happening nearby. Props will be provided, and mat rentals are available at the front desk.

The Cabin at Wellness and Movement opens 10 minutes before classes and events begin. Props will be provided.

Horse Shoe Farm yoga classes and sound baths will be held in the Sanctuary unless otherwise noted - please follow signs once you arrive. You will be sent a confirmation text the day before confirming the location of the class. Yoga mat and props will be provided.
